At R.I.S.E., we move with intention—and we make sure your gear does too. Here’s how shipping works when you order from us:
Processing Time.
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
We don’t ship on weekends or holidays—grind days only.
High-volume drops or preorders may take a little longer. If that’s the case, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Shipping Options
We offer domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers.
At checkout, you’ll see available shipping methods and rates based on your location.
Free shipping may apply to select items, bundles, or reorder approvals.
Tracking Info
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
Allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update. Don’t see it? Check your spam folder—sometimes we end up there.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times start after your order ships, not when it’s placed.

International Orders: 7–21 business days (customs may affect timing)
We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs—but we’ll always help if something goes sideways.
Wrong Address?
Double-check your info before checking out.
If your package gets sent back due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for re-shipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the carrier marks it as delivered, it’s out of our hands.
We’re not liable for lost or stolen packages, but hit us up—we’ll do our best to assist with claims.
Preorders
If you’re ordering during a pre-release or early access drop, shipping will begin on the estimated ship date listed in the product description. Trust—it’s worth the wait.
